Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are one of Hollywood’s hottest couples, and also one of the strangest. Is their brand of weird interesting, or just plain weird?
Couples have either one of three ways of thinking when it comes to Hollywood relationships. They either keep everything about their relationship a secret, share some things every now and then, or share so much you feel like you’re in the relationship. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have opted for the third option, letting fans in on every weird aspect of their relationship. I don’t know about any of you, but I never needed to know half the things I know. It’s hard to believe they’re actually this weird as people, but the things they say sure point towards that.
Let’s just get into it shall we, starting with the night they met. According to them, Megan told MGK he smells like weed, to which he replied “I am weed.” I don’t know if I’m out of touch and he actually said something profound and deep here, but I would be concerned with this reply. She sure wasn’t though as this was the start of their romance. Next comes their description of their first kiss, which I don’t think anyone else would classify as a kiss. They described it as just getting their mouths close to each other and breathing at each other. Again, I may be out of the loop but that’s just weird to me. Especially since they just walked away from each other afterwards.
Learn From Other’s Mistakes
So Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly admitted to wearing each other’s blood around their necks. I truly just don’t understand but to each their own I guess. They should speak to Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton and see how this arrangement worked out for them. Spoiler alert, it didn’t work out at all. Also somehow it seems a lot cooler to me when Angelina and Billy did this than Megan and MGK. They just seem like they’re trying to hard to be weird, whereas it felt genuine for Angelina. Coupled with all the other weird things MGK and Megan have said, it definitely feels like it’s just for attention.
One of the weirdest things they’ve said can also be considered romantic I guess. When asked if they consider each other soulmates, Megan said they consider each other twin flames. They described a twin flame as a soul which reached such a high level that it split in two. This soul then found its way into two bodies at the same time, meaning they are two parts of the same soul. If someone told me this, I would be so confused and freaked out I would just slowly back out of the situation. Believing spirit guides brought them together may be for some people, but it definitely isn’t for me.
Weird or Romantic
I think I can confidently say I do not subscribe to this couple’s brand of weird. To me it feels like it’s all being done for attention rather than their actual life. It could also just be that Megan found someone as strange as her after Brian Austen Green and can finally be herself. All I know is I want the opposite of whatever this is. All the love they share, minus the talk about souls and the personification of weed. I’m really not a fan of all that, preferring to keep my blood in my body.
